This weekend I ran down to the second hand book store around the corner, and guess what I found! A copy of R.L. Stevenson's
A Child's Garden of Verses. It has all the same Jessie Wilcox Smith illustrations as the copy I had when I was younger. This was truly my favorite poetry book when I was a little girl. The Land of Counterpane was my favorite!
Also, I was looking at animation blogs earlier, and it made me think of what my favorite Disney short was when I was little. I can honestly say it is "Thru the Mirror." It played on our VHS of Alice in Wonderland in the beginning before the movie.
